Frequently asked questions about your webinar
Can I choose what the studio looks like?
Yes. You choose your own setup: a podcast setting with two or more people at the table, or a presentation setup in front of a screen. We build the set around your format, not the other way around.
How many cameras can you use?
We connect up to five cameras and switch live during the webinar. No static image, but a dynamic viewing experience that holds your audience’s attention.
What is the audio quality?
Podcast quality — that is our starting point for everything. No tinny audio, no echo, no noise. Clear audio is the first thing people hear and the first reason they tune out if it’s not right.
What if I have multiple speakers?
No problem. We can host multiple speakers in the studio or bring in remote speakers via your webinar tool. Cameras, audio, and image are adjusted per person.
What if the internet connection fails?
We work standard with an extra 4G device as a backup connection. Lag or failure during a live webinar is one of the things that hits your reputation hardest — we eliminate that risk in advance.
How do you ensure everything goes well on the day itself?
We use the check-check-double-check principle. We always test the full setup in advance and can run a full trial recording — so that on the day itself, you only have to think about your story.
Can you also come to a location?
Yes. We provide webinars at your location. We can even set up a livestream from the street for a fully interactive live webinar. If the concept requires it, we go there.
Which webinar tool can I use?
We support every webinar tool. We have good experiences with WebinarGeek, but you can also work with Zoom Webinars, Teams Live Events, StreamYard, Restream, Demio, or any other platform you already use. We link our setup to your tool — you choose, we make sure it works.
Can you also moderate the webinar?
Yes. We can moderate the chat, filter and pass on questions, and handle the technical direction while you focus on your presentation. You don’t have to present and keep an eye on everything at the same time.
Can I also record the webinar for later use?
Yes. You can use the recording as an on-demand webinar, as content material for LinkedIn, as clips for social media, or as internal training material. One production, multiple assets.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, so we have time for a technical pre-check and possibly a trial recording. For short deadlines, we can discuss what is possible.
What do I need to bring myself?
Only your story. Slides, presentation materials, or videos you want to show should be sent in advance — we integrate them seamlessly into the production.
