Where do you film?
Throughout the Netherlands. We’ll come to your office, studio, event or trade fair — including international trade fairs. You choose the venue, we’ll take care of the rest. Yes. You choose your own setup: a podcast setting with two or more people around a table, or a presentation setup in front of a screen. We’ll build the set around your format, not the other way round.
What do you need on site?
A quiet space, a power socket and a table to sit at. We’ll bring everything else.
What if the venue turns out not to be suitable?
We carry out an acoustic check of the venue in advance. We resolve minor issues afterwards using AI-driven audio correction. For more significant issues, we recommend alternatives — we’d rather be honest than spring a surprise on you later.
Can we film outside as well?
That’s possible, but shooting outdoors always involves risks: wind, background noise, changing light conditions. We always advise on what’s feasible and are honest if it’s not a good idea.
What happens on a day of filming?
We’ll arrive in good time to set everything up. Depending on the complexity of the job, you’ll meet one or two members of our team. Once filming is over, we’ll pack everything away — you won’t have to worry about a thing.
How many episodes can we film in a single day?
Scheduling several episodes in a single day is not only possible — it’s also more cost-effective. We organise the day as efficiently as possible.
How long does a day’s filming last?
That depends on the number of episodes and guests. We sort this out in advance so that everyone knows where they stand.
Can we invite several guests on the same day?
Yes. Many customers deliberately set aside a full day to make the most of the travel costs and our time.
What is the picture quality?
We film in 4K. Both the audio and video are handled professionally.
Do you also provide B-roll or additional footage?
That’s something we can discuss. Just let us know in advance what you need, and we’ll see what we can include in the schedule.
What do you provide after the recording?
A fully edited episode, ready for publication. Includes audio and video editing. We will agree on the exact deliverables in the contract.
How long does the post-processing take?
On average, one to two weeks after the recording session, depending on the complexity and volume.
How much does an on-location shoot cost?
That depends on the location, travel time, number of episodes and production requirements. Scheduling multiple shoots in a single day is always more cost-effective. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
Are travel expenses included?
Travel costs are calculated separately based on location. This is always communicated in advance — no surprises afterwards.
How far in advance do we need to book?
The sooner, the better — especially if you have a specific date or trade fair in mind. Popular periods fill up quickly.
Could we also arrange a regular recording day?
Yes. Many customers opt for a fixed monthly or quarterly schedule. This brings stability to the planning and ensures continuity in the content.
Can we also film at a trade fair or event?
Absolutely. Trade fairs are actually an excellent opportunity to host several guests in a single day. We have plenty of experience filming in busy environments.
Is it possible to interview visitors or speakers during an event?
Yes. We adapt the format to suit the day’s schedule — shorter interviews, quick changes, flexible planning.
